How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days within mainland Portugal.
For the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores, the expected delivery time is 4 to 6 working days.
For international shipping, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
The deadline may change depending on stock availability.
The delivery period comes into effect from the moment we receive confirmation of payment, regardless of the payment method chosen.
You will always receive an email confirming your payment and the start of the shipping process.

Can I request Express shipping?

Our orders are shipped express, but if you need them urgently, please contact us.

Can I choose a jewelry delivery date?

If you'd like to receive your piece on a specific date, please indicate this in the comments field when completing your order. We'll review your request and confirm we can accommodate it. This way, you can make your purchase in advance and have the peace of mind that your jewelry will be delivered on the most convenient date for you.

What is the process for exchanging/returning parts?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund.
If you choose an exchange , ELEMENTS 75'80 will send you the new item at no additional shipping cost.
In case of return , shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective items or errors in the order.

To begin the process, access your order in the website's personal area and follow the available instructions — always within 14 days.

Important: The item's tamper-evident seal must remain intact and correctly positioned. The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.

Can I exchange a custom piece?

We do not exchange or accept returns on customized items.

How to verify the authenticity of the parts?

All pieces sold in ELEMENTS 75´80 physical and online stores have an official hallmark (contrast), applied by INCM – Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda, guaranteeing the authenticity and legal content of the precious metal.
The buyer may, if they wish, request verification of the pieces directly from Casa da Moeda.

Can I pick up my purchase at a physical address?

Yes. You can choose to pick up your order at one of our physical stores. Simply select this option at checkout.

Can I place orders, make returns, exchanges or payments at physical addresses?

The entire procedure must be carried out through our website or by contacting us via email at sales@elements7580.com.


ELEMENTS 75´80 physical stores do not accept payments, exchanges or returns for items purchased online.

If a ring needs to be adjusted, what will the procedure be like? Are there additional costs?

If your ring needs to be resized, it must be delivered to one of our addresses. Please let us know in advance by email at sales@elements7580.com, indicating that you will be shipping the ring and the desired size.
If you prefer, you can deliver the ring in person to one of our stores, thus avoiding shipping by mail or courier.
Our team will analyze the ring and the desired size and verify your request.
Adjustments will be subject to prior budget.

Is there technical support for Elements 75'80?

Can I request technical assistance through the website?

If you cannot go to one of our physical stores, you can send us your part via courier and we will send the part to our technical support team to evaluate the repair and send you a quote.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

To do this, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible via email at sales@elements7580.com, providing your order number.

What should I do if the item arrives damaged or is defective?

We're sorry this happened!

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery.
Our team will take care of the situation at no cost to you. You can choose to receive a new item, a full refund, or, in some cases, a repair.
