Return, Exchange and Refund Policies
1. Deadline for Return or Exchange
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 , the consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise the right to return or exchange the item(s) purchased, without the need to justify the decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within this timeframe.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange
Returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
• No signs of use
• In perfect condition
• Tamper-evident seal intact and properly placed
• Original packaging intact
Δ The tamper-evident seal on the item must be intact, as any violation will result in the loss of the right to return or exchange.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure
• To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must access their order through their personal area on the website and follow the instructions provided, always within 14 days of delivery.
Note : Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
• In case of exchange, Elements 75'80 will send the new item at no additional shipping cost .
4. Important Notes
• Elements 75'80 physical stores do not accept exchanges for items purchased online .

5. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of the returned items, as stipulated by applicable law.
• For purchases made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the account linked to the card within approximately 10 business days , and may vary depending on the card administrator.
• For purchases made via PayPal, the amount will be refunded directly to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

6. Authenticity of the Pieces
All pieces sold by Elements 75'80, in physical and online stores, have an official hallmark (contrast) applied by INCM – Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda , guaranteeing the authenticity and legal content of the precious metal.
