Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery.
During this period, any manufacturing defect or lack of conformity detected will be repaired or the item will be replaced, at no additional cost to the customer.

Defect Communication

If the product is defective, you must contact SAC Elements 75'80 , stating:

  • Your order number;

  • A detailed description of the identified defect.

The costs of returning or collecting items within the warranty period will be borne by Elements 75'80.

Technical Verification

Upon receipt of the item at our facilities, a specialized technical inspection will be carried out.
If non-compliance is confirmed, the item will be replaced with a new one, and shipping will be carried out at no additional cost to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

In these cases, the customer will be contacted to decide whether they wish to proceed with the repair, which will be subject to a quote from the brand's Technical Assistance .

After-Sales Assistance

Even after the warranty period has expired, Elements 75'80 offers specialized technical assistance services.
You can send the defective item for analysis through Customer Service.

Our After-Sales Service will carry out a technical assessment and provide a repair quote .
Repairs will only begin after the customer has formally accepted the quote .
