Elements 75'80 offers its customers a jewelry repair service, whether purchased in our stores or at external establishments, with the aim of restoring their original shine and elegance.
Situations such as replacing locks, repairing broken wires or professionally cleaning parts are just some examples of the interventions carried out in our Repair Center , always ensuring the highest quality and care in every detail.
We also offer an in-house design service that helps clients reinterpret and transform disused jewelry, giving it a new lease of life without losing its symbolic value. To request a repair, follow these instructions:
- Find the nearest Elements 75'80 physical store. Our representatives will immediately initiate the repair process using the identification number attached to your purchase or invoice. If you are unable to visit one of our stores, please contact our customer service team at geral@elements7580.com.
- We will ask you for some product information - this may vary depending on the brand and model;
- After contacting us, you will need to send the part to our headquarters so that a repair quote can be made;
- After the repair is approved and payment is received, we will carry out the repair and send the product to the customer or it will be available for collection at one of our physical stores;
We also offer the “ Trade-In ” service, which allows customers to exchange a piece of jewelry they no longer wish to keep for a new piece, carefully selected to reflect their current style.
