Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official Elements 75'80 website, operated by ALTIMO - OURIVESARIA, LDA , headquartered in Portugal. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms described below.

Elements 75'80 ships to the countries listed in the shipping zone table available on our website.

Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain: GLS

International Shipping: FedEx

2. Shipping Types and Delivery Times

Available options:

Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain: Express Shipping

International: Economy and Priority Shipping

Processing times:

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Thursday): processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm, Fridays after 2pm, weekends or holidays: processed the next business day.

Stock availability:

All shipments are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stockout, Elements 75'80 will notify the customer via email with:

The new estimated shipping time

The possibility of cancellation and full refund of the order (as per article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014)

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping:

Mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain: Orders ≥ €150

Europe: Orders ≥ €500

Rest of the world: Orders ≥ €1,000

Orders below these values ​​will be charged the following costs:

The exact amount will be presented to the customer at checkout, before the purchase is confirmed.

4. Taxes and Customs Duties

For shipments outside the European Union, orders may be subject to:

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country. Elements 75'80 is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs procedures.

5. Responsibility and Risk

Under applicable legislation (art. 12 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014), the risk of loss or damage to orders is transferred to the consumer only at the time he (or a third party indicated by him) acquires physical possession of the goods.

If the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage, the customer must:

Refuse the order or

Report the irregularity to the carrier upon delivery.

Report immediately to Elements 75'80, within a maximum period of 24 hours
