9. Online Ordering

The Customer must correctly indicate the desired ring size, and may consult the Ring Sizer. ALTIMO is not responsible for errors of this nature. After completing the order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation email.
Any errors in the data can be rectified by contacting the company immediately.
10. Availability and Deliveries
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation. The average delivery time is:
• 1 to 3 business days (Mainland Portugal)
• 4 to 6 business days (Azores and Madeira)
• 2 to 7 business days (Other countries)
Deliveries are made in person and require the recipient's presence. Each order includes:
• Detailed invoice;
• Certificate of Authenticity.
In the event of a stock shortage, the order will be canceled and any amounts paid will be refunded. ALTIMO is not responsible for carrier delays.
11. Shipping Costs
Deliveries are free in mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira for purchases over €150. The 24-hour Express service is also available free of charge, with payment confirmed by 12 p.m. the previous business day.
The customer can choose to pick up at a physical store at no additional cost.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
The Customer may cancel the order up until it is shipped. After receiving the order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of cancellation, without needing to provide justification.

The item must be returned with:
• Original invoice; Certificate;
• Original case;
• Seal of Authenticity intact.
The Customer bears all shipping costs and responsibilities. Items showing signs of use or not meeting the specified conditions will not be accepted.
13. Warranty and After-Sales Assistance
All products come with a 2-year warranty. In case of a defect, please contact Customer Support, indicating your order and describing the problem.
ALTIMO will cover the return costs if the defect is confirmed. If the problem is due to misuse, a repair quote will be provided.
For items outside of the warranty period, it is also possible to request technical assistance with a prior quote.
14. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
• Bank Transfer;
• Multibanco Reference;
• PayPal;
• Visa and MasterCard cards.
The order will only be processed after payment confirmation. For bank transfers, you must request the IBAN and send proof of payment to geral@elements7580.com .
15. Applicable Law
All purchases are subject to Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the Portuguese court will have jurisdiction.
